History
Richmond Home Need Services, Inc. (RHNS) opened its doors in 1971.
The Mission:
Enhancing the quality of life through the delivery of compassionate home care, housekeeping and case management services by skilled professional and para-professionals to individuals and families in their place of residence for the purpose of promoting, maintaining or restoring health and social functioning, while minimizing the effects of family stress, illness and disability.
RHNS provides home care services to Staten Island residents and has grown into an organization that is proud to service all five boroughsof New YorkCity.
Richmond Home Need Services, Inc. is a New York State Department of Health Licensed Home Care Services Agency, working with Medicaid and state health agencies to provide high-quality care. RHNS accepts clients and delivers care without discrimination based upon race, color, national origin, disability, or age in admission to participation in or receive services.
The services provided include Housekeeping, which offers in-home assistance maintaining a neat and orderly environment, preparation of light meals under the direction of the client or family member, essential errands and shopping.
Our Homemaking Service aids families with care and supervision of children, housekeeping, escorting children to school and medical appointments.
Our dedicated staff will work with your home health team to ensure you have the care and assistance you need.
